Galactica NYE festival 2026 @ Cocoricò, Riccione Ital

The four-day festival returns to Riccione to ring in the new year with leading artists from the international electronic scene.

Returning from 27 December — once again spanning a full four days — Galactica NYE brings back the festival dedicated to the very best of Italian and international electronic music, celebrating the end of 2025 and the start of 2026. The event, produced by Cocoricò, will take place entirely inside the iconic Cocoricò in Riccione, the pearl of Italian Riviera.

Galactica presents itself as a cultural ecosystem that transcends the classic festival format: a truly galactic universe where music, vision and community merge along a single trajectory. Its cosmic imagery becomes a metaphor for sonic exploration — a journey through all shades of techno and contemporary electronic music, from its historical roots to its most experimental expressions.

Among the festival’s most anticipated names is Seth Troxler, the Detroit-born DJ and producer who will perform at the opening night of Galactica NYE. Joining him is Raresh, a cult figure of the Romanian scene and member of the [a:rpia:r] trio, appearing for the occasion in a b2b with Francesco Del Garda, the Berlin-based Italian DJ. Closing the programme for 27 December is another four-handed set by GNMR — Gianmaria Coccoluto — and Marcolino.

The heart of Galactica NYE is the special New Year’s Eve event on 31 December: 12 uninterrupted hours of music — from 10 p.m. until the following morning — featuring major international club figures alongside Cocoricò’s renowned residents and artists from the Galactica roster. In the iconic Pyramid, the arrival of 2026 will be welcomed with the industrial techno of Dutch artist Hades, followed by the harder sounds of masked German performer Holy Priest. Also on 31 December, talented Treviso-born artist Lorenzo Raganzini will play live, while Mattia Trani joins forces with T78 for a back-to-back set. On Cocoricò’s Main Stage, the line-up includes DJ sets by Daisy, Onlynumbers and V111.

Meanwhile, the T-Room programme stretches from Berlin-based DJ Isabelle Beaucamp to Paris-based producer Fumi, joined by Hungarian artist Paralich, Simone Zino, and Valentinø.

Headlining the night of Thursday, 1 January are Planet Funk, the legendary multi-platinum Italian project behind hits like Chase the Sun and Inside All the People. In the Pyramid they will present their World Premiere DJ set. That same evening, along with a DJ set by Cirillo, creator of Memorabilia, the London scene brings in producer and label owner Archie Hamilton, performing b2b with fellow Birmingham rising star Fleur Shore. Joining them are Idriss D and Ale De Tuglie, while the T-Room hosts Dutch duo Toxic Machinery, Davyboy, and the duo Ankhh.

Closing the Galactica NYE Festival on Monday, 5 January, the powerful and dark hard-techno of Fantasm takes over: alongside the US producer, the final night in the Pyramid will also feature performances by Gianni Di Bernardo, Kymera, and Karah.
