Happy release day Peter von Poehl

Peter Von PoehI released his critically acclaimed new album ‘Memories From Saint-Forget’ on June 4th. New single ‘Little Star’ comes with a stunning new video. Peter says about the video: “I have been familiar with the work of Berlin-based video artist Sebastien Dupoeuy since quite some time: his collaborations with Thomas Ostermeier and other major names in theatre.

In 2017, I had the opportunity to invite him to do a joint ”video concert” at Centre Pompidou in Paris. The following year, we found ourselves by coincidence working together again on an opera production in Dijon, and, in 2019, I was able to team up with him anew for Songs From the Other Side, equally commissioned by Centre Pompidou.

I couldn’t have been happier when Sebastien proposed to make a music video for Little Star. It is a song on the album that I am particularly attached to; maybe simply because of the ”Little Star” (she knows who I am referring to)
