Homeboy Sandman releases new Video Single & Tour Announce

Today, Homeboy Sandman is back with a new video single “Parking Spot.” Set to the instrumental of “Hazelnut” by Rob Araujo, the laid-back yet uplifting track finds the Queens MC delivering his signature thoughtful lyricism over a mellow, feel-good production. Directed by Art Morera, the video takes a simple, street-level approach, capturing Homeboy Sandman rapping throughout the streets of Brooklyn while upcoming tour dates appear along the bottom of the screen. “Nothing like finding a glorious miraculous parking spot. Ultimately this song is about finding your place in the world,” says Homeboy Sandman.

“Parking Spot” marks the third time Homeboy Sandman has used this video concept to connect a new release with his live performances, following “Golden Sun” and “Heet.” By incorporating upcoming tour dates directly into the visuals, Homeboy Sandman continues to find creative ways to bring his music and touring together, giving fans a fresh visual while highlighting opportunities to catch him live across the United States and Canada.

“Parking Spot” offers a first glimpse into Homeboy Sandman’s forthcoming mixtape while giving fans a fresh visual to accompany his upcoming tour. Tickets available here.
