Martian Music Scorches with Promiscuous Riddim
Trinidad and Tobago-based Martian Music ups the ante with the release of its compilation Promiscuous Riddim, available worldwide from all major digital retailers on September 23, 2014, with pre-order available now, from FOX FUSE. It was originally released to radio in 2011 but now available worldwide, for the first time. Spewing ragga soca vibes, which is the Trinidadian version of dancehall, the riddim features nine artists from both soca and dancehall on the nine-track collection.
Soca stars Patrice Roberts, Nadia Batson, Ziggy Ranking, Ricardo Drue, Ms. Alysha, Jo Jo and even the riddim’s producer Don Iko join forces with dancehall star Macka Diamond and rising sensation Precious, to spread the love with the provocative Promiscuous Riddim.
Martian Music was established in 2007 and is headed up by Trinidadian producer Erikkson Kendel George AKA Don Iko, who has been crafting beats and hit tunes for over eight years now. His exciting take on soca, and in this case ragga soca, is making Martian Music a household name in Caribbean music today.
