Peterson release new album "Metallophobia"

Peterson has a long history but has only recently completed this full-length album consisting of 11 songs.

In the early 80s, Roger formed the band Peterson with band members Christer Rispling and Jan Strand and did a few demo recordings. Metal drummer Stixx stepped in together with Tim Skold (both later Shotgun Messiah, and Tim also joining Marilyn Manson). The band members split up for various reasons.

Late 1990 Yngve and Roger came together for a few years, again with the band named Peterson, referring to Roger who composes all music and lyrics. There where a few demos produced but nothing really came out of it. The band name was later changed to Master Massive but the band split up and they went on appearing in different constellations until Yngve and Roger restarted the band in 2012.

Looking for a bass player for the planned full album "Metallophobia" we got together with long-time partner and friend Petter Karlsson to take on the bass role as well as mixing the album. Also preparing for recording this album, a talented drummer would be needed for this type of fast, technical and groovy 80ies heavy metal. Luckily, we manage to have Snowy Shaw to do the drums as a session musician for this album.
