Rock am Ring is about to sell out
In less than four weeks, more than 160,000 fans will once again euphorically celebrate the highlight of the festival summer at the Ring and in the Park. Rock am Ring has already sold over 85,000 weekend tickets.
In addition to the ska-punk band Sondaschule, as well as the All-Girl band The Linda Lindas from Los Angeles, the Australian RedHook also completes the program. August Burns Red, Code Orange, Donna Missal and Lewis Capaldi, on the other hand, had to cancel their participation. For the most part, the entire European tours of these artists had to be cancelled.
However, this should not lessen the anticipation of the fans: headliners such as Green Day, Volbeat and Muse are confirmed. In addition, prominent artists such as Billy Talent, Korn, Broilers, Placebo, Måneskin, Marteria, Beatsteaks, Casper, Scooter, and many others will play. In total, more than seventy acts are expected at the ring and in the park on the first weekend of June.

Since 1985, tens of thousands of music fans have been making the pilgrimage to the Nürburgring and in 1997 the festival sister Rock im Park was added.
Over the decades, acts such as David Bowie, The Bangles, Alanis Morissette, The Fugees, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Against The Machine, Metallica, Die Toten Hosen, AAP Rocky and Jay-Z have played at the twin festival. At Rock am Ring and Rock im Park, developments were anticipated, big and small careers were initiated.
The return of live music to the festival stages will trigger a huge wave of euphoria at Rock am Ring and Rock im Park, which will be felt throughout the republic.
Rock am Ring and Rock im Park will take place from 03.06. to 05.06.2022 at the Nürburgring/Eifel and zeppelin field/Nuremberg respectively.
