Sjamsoedin releases new EP 'Research' as designed circuit board Single 'Chemical Analysis' teases limited custom EP

Amsterdam based producer Sjamsoedin announces his new EP ‘Research’ today, accompanied by new single ‘Chemical Analysis’. The single gives a first impression of the upcoming EP, which is set for release on September 13th on Marguerita Recordings. The EP will also be available on a limited amount of Circuit Boards designed by Boris Tellegen, also known as Delta. The EP ‘Research’ can be pre-ordered now via Marguerita Recordings. ‘Chemical Analysis’ is now available everywhere.

Sjam has been making name in the Dutch electro scene for over two decades, finally evolving into his ultimate self as Sjamsoedin. In the last few years, he embraced the modular synthesizer and released music on Basserk, Animal Language and La Freund Recordings and teamed up with De Sluwe Vos on DGTL Records. Sjamsoedin is on an unstoppable roll right now with the likes of Ame, Dixon, Jennifer Cardini all heavily supporting his last releases with De Sluwe Vos and the remix of Cabin Fever.

Sjamoedin concludes with his new single ‘Chemical Analysis’, a mind-blowing chain reaction of high tempo beats and breaks. With Sjam's uncompromised, energetic and raw sound, it just took 30 seconds to convince Ben Spaander / Cosmic Force to sign this EP to his label Marguerita Recordings. With the new EP, Sjam has freed himself from the shackles of the four-to-the-floor religion. He experiments with broken beats and new ways of story telling, while keeping both his eyes and ears on the dancefloor. There's room for more melodies and basslines than we've seen in his recent work. ‘Research’ comprises five pieces of uncompromised electro, often fractured with necksnap technoid breaks and laced with infectious acid.

The artwork for ‘Research’ is created through a series of photos of custom printed circuit boards made specifically for this release, designed by Boris Tellegen or better known as Delta. 100 of them have been made and contain the EP itself by accessing the music with a special code, making this a very unique release.
