These Universal Music artists took home a BRIT award

The BRIT Awards, the biggest night for music in the UK, unveiled its winners last Saturday March 2nd. Boygenius, The Last Dinner Party and Chase & Status all celebrated a win! The annual show was held at the O2 Arena in London.

Producer of the year: Chase & Status

Boygenius won their first BRIT:

The Last Dinner Party about their win: “We are so proud beyond measure to have won the BRITs Rising Star. It’s an honour to achieve something so iconic so early on in our career and we can only hope to keep making music that connects with all the incredible people who have listened to and supported us so far. Thank you!”

Chase & Status on the Producer of the Year award win:

“We couldn’t be more proud - we’ve been flying the flag for British music now for a long time, we’re super proud of all the music that has come out of the UK. As producers, and as a creative duo, I think we are probably in one of the best places we’ve been.”

The award show was filled with glitter and glamour, as well as incredible performances from Becky Hill, Chase & Status, Rema and Ellie Goulding with Calvin Harris and many more.
