Thousand Below, Release Ballad “Save Me (Ft. Lø Spirit)” – New Album "Buried In Jade" Out August 8th via Pale Chord/Rise Records BMG

Ahead of the release of their highly-anticipated fourth studio album Buried In Jade, Post-hardcore trailblazers Thousand Below have shared the emotionally-charged ballad “Save Me (Ft. Lø Spirit).” The new track is sure to pull on your heartstrings in more ways than one and finds Thousand Below at their most vulnerable. The brilliantly lush composition features evocative vocal melodies, somber guitar riffs, ethereal ambiance and crashing drums. Thousand Below singer James DeBerg and guest vocalist Lø Spirit compliment one another seamlessly and bring the song’s emotional weight to soaring heights.

The latest single is the third offering from the bands upcoming fourth studio album, Buried In Jade, set for release on August 8th via Pale Chord/Rise Records BMG. This new chapter follows the stunning 2022 release, Hell Finds You Everywhere, and builds on the momentum of their pummeling new singles “Kerosene” and “Palace Of Dread” — as well as the 2024 singles “SHAKE” and “Wrong Again,” which introduced a fresh and infectious edge to their ever-evolving sound.

Speaking on the new track “Save Me (Ft. Lø Spirit),” vocalist James DeBerg shares:

"We couldn’t be more excited about the release of “Save Me.” This track is our personal favorite on the record, and we were absolutely thrilled to have Lo Spirit featured on the song. Becoming friends with Josh (Lø Spirit) during the production of our album was an incredible experience, and he also helped us out with a few other songs along the way. We talked about doing a track together and felt that collaborating on this one would bring out the best result."

Additionally, DeBerg reveals the excitement behind the band’s powerful forthcoming album Buried In Jade :

“The entire creative process for this record was a perfect storm for us from start to finish and the team of friends we worked with to produce this album helped us create something special that we could really fall in love with. The last record we released was our ‘covid lockdown’ record which we made mostly in our own homes – so getting back into the studio and making a proper album was incredibly refreshing as well as rewarding for our team.

This album is a diary of everything in my life that I can’t control, and a journal of the fall out of mental frustration that comes along with battling such futilities in my head. Jade jewelry carries the significant meaning of luck, prosperity, protection, and is supposed to invite abundant wealth into one’s life. The thought of being buried in jade would hold a symbolic futility and situational irony that I felt was a befitting title for this ‘diary’ of songs for this portion of my existence.”
