VALA return with their follow up EP to last years’ I Love The Sound. Previous singles from the new record have already gained radio-play across the BBC, including BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music, Amazing Radio and 'track of the week’ on XS Manchester. The singles so far have gained over 400k streams on Spotify and received praise from publications like So Young Magazine and Baby Steps.

A true labour of love, Fishing God is the culmination of a lot of hard toil and ideas that the band have been shaping and stitching together. The record’s highlight is upcoming single Change Your Mind (I Just Wanna), a carefree indie bop with sleek riffs that came together like magic.

The band have also just announced their biggest home town show yet with Awesome Friends and Radio 6 DJ Chris Hawkins as they headline the already legendary Pink Room at YES!. On top of that the band are on the cusp of announcing their first ever U.K. tour that will see them hit a host of cities across the U.K. in September via Marshall Live.
