AViVA is releasing her third studio album "Broken Hearts" along with the title single to round out her massive year of both music and literary releases.

"Broken Hearts" highlights a new layer to her storytelling through strong, yet vulnerable lyricism and her evolving but distinctive production. Continuing her journey of exploring what it is to be human and the polarities of control, AViVA showcases an uncompromising vocal talent and the genre-blending originality that’s earned her a passionate global following in recent years.

With its playful backdrop of pop-meets-rock beats and alt infused melodies, the titular single "Broken Hearts" sets its emotionally vivid lyrics to infectious sing-song melodies and heavy breakdowns. AViVA trademark vocal performances, flaunt her effortless flow and dangerous presence as she sings the lyrics ‘broken hearts still make me laugh’.

The message on this album has AViVA imploring her listeners to believe that they have the strength and resilience inside to weather the storms of life. Her fans, self-titled "OUTSiDERS" relate to her emotional lyrics and find power in her songs as she explores the challenges of friendship and feelings of isolation and the self-empowerment that comes from fighting back against self-doubt. AViVA’s music speaks a powerful message about taking ownership of choices, and this is explored even more in her YA series starting with "SELF/LESS".

“People need to be resilient. I just want to create music that shows my Outsiders that it’s okay to be real, and raw and vulnerable and that you can still be strong through that. It’s okay to be hurt, but only you have the power to prevent that hurt from defining you”.

A multidisciplinary artist, AViVA has just released her second novel "RELENTLESS" with Pan Macmillan in August this year, following the success of her debut novel "SELF/LESS" in 2021. Her series is set within a closed society in which all forms of self-expression and creativity are outlawed. The book follows its 17-year-old protagonist Teddy who, upon rebelling against her upbringing, discovers a secret world beneath the walled-in city where she was raised. According to AViVA, "SELF/LESS" fulfils a longtime mission of creating her own distinct multiverse that seamlessly merges music and literature - Her two passions.
