Heavy alt-rock trio The Last Vinci, hailing from Ireland and Italy, have shared a video covering pop superstar Billie Eilish's hit 'you should see me in a crown'. The tongue-in-cheek, playful video is a rocked-up and down-tuned version of the original, as the band have fun re-creating Eilish's slick video with their own, less expensive means - featuring plastic spiders, green screen body suits and luscious wigs.

Frontman Alex comments: "We played this cover live on our 2019 EP tour and everybody loved it. So we kept the idea in our back pocket until the right moment came to release it. We love Billie's music; trying to recreate the video was just so much fun. We wanted to put our touch on this pop classic and we are proud of what we achieved. Working on it was pure joy."

The Last Vinci are on tour in the UK this week providing main support for labelmates Bicurious, before continuing their live run in Ireland next month.

The Last Vinci are an alt-rock/stoner trio from Cork, Ireland, led by Alex Vinci, who is well known for his punishing low frequencies provided by a three-amp setup, his “give all you have” energetic attitude, and larger-than-life stage presence.

After a successful self-titled debut album and the subsequent The World, Enda Kenny, The Devil, The Vegans and All The Millenials Shit EP, the band took to their audience to help them create The Revolution is Made Together, The Last Vinci's second full-length release, through a successful crowd-funding campaign. Recorded in Liverpool with producer Tom Peters (Bicurious, Alpha Male Tea Party, God Alone), the album was released on March 4th, 2022 via Narrow Door Records, Alex Vinci's own label, with support from the likes of Alex Baker (Kerrang! Radio). Following the release, the Cork trio embarked on a run of UK and Ireland tour dates, including major festival appearances in Ireland.
