Eros Ramazzotti's nieuwe album is Perfetto en vanaf nu beschikbaar

Na een succesvolle carrière van meer dan 30 jaar brengt Eros Ramazzotti ons een gloednieuw album, dat ‘Perfetto’ heet.

‘Perfetto’ is het Italiaans voor ‘Perfect’ en over de titel van het album vertelt Eros ons het volgende: “When you finish working on a project, or anything else, you look at it, give it a final touch and then say Perfetto! So there, I decided to call my album like that, with an expression that is understood and used all over the world”.

‘Perfetto’ bestaat uit 14 gloednieuwe songs, die opgenomen zijn in studio’s in Los Angeles, Milaan en Rome. Het album is geproduced door Eros en Claudio Guidetti en bevat samenwerkingen met verschillende bekende muzikanten zoals o.a. drummer Vinnie Colaiuta (Joni Mitchell, Herbie Hancock, Quincy Jones, Leonard Cohen,...) en gitarist Michael Landau (Michael Jackson, James Taylor, Miles Davis,...), die in het verleden ook al met Eros samenwerkten.

‘Perfetto’ is de opvolger van ‘Noi’, wat zonder twijfel een wereldwijd succes was! ‘Noi’ haalde maar liefst 4 x platinum in Italië, 1 x platinum in Spanje en Zwitserland, maar ook goud in België, Duitsland, Frankrijk, Rusland, Oostenrijk, Roemenië, Hongarije, Tsjechië en Venezuela!

Zijn nieuwe album verschijnt in 60 verschillende landen van over de hele wereld. De allereerste single hieruit is ‘Alle Fine Del Mondo’, die gereleased werd op maandag 30 maart.

Over de nieuwe single: “The single explores the theme of what one would do for love, even going to the ends of the earth: crossing boundless prairies, dangerous places and unexplored territories. Like Don Quixote, we are willing to fight against wind mills and imaginary or real giants just to follow our dreams. For love, we would set ourselves free like a ‘rolling stone’, as Bob Dylan said, or move the sky, ‘the sun and other stars’ as we read in Dante’s Divine Comedy.”

Eros Ramazzotti brengt ons niet enkel een nieuw album, maar hij zal ook uitgebreid de wereld rondtouren. Momenteel zijn er al heel wat data bekend, maar er komen snel nieuwe concertaankondigingen.
