Fall Out Boy kondigt nieuw album aan

Afgelopen vrijdag heeft de Grammy genomineerde rockband Fall Out Boy hun 8ste studioalbum aangekondigd. ‘So Much (For) Stardust’ verschijnt op 24 maart 2023. De band heeft inmiddels ook een eerste tipje van de sluier opgelicht met het uitbrengen van de nieuwe single en bijbehorende video ‘Love From The Other Side’. Vanmiddag om 16:00 uur verschijnt de nieuwe single 'Heartbreak Feels So Good'.

Over het maakproces van het album vertelt Patrick Stump: “Technology has made it really easy to make records much more quickly these days. There’s nothing wrong with that, and that spontaneity can be exciting, but we wanted to get back to the way we used to work. We wanted to make a record that was really lovingly crafted and deliberate and patiently guided – like someone cooked you a delicate meal. I’m not a very proud guy, but I’m pretty proud of this record.”
