Martin Garrix sluit Olympische Winterspelen af

Martin Garrix draaide gisteren op de slotceremonie van de Olympische Winterspelen in Pyeongchang, Zuid-Korea. Tijdens het laatste deel van de ceremonie verzamelden de atleten op het middenterrein van het Olympisch Stadion om er samen met de DJ een groot feest van te maken. Garrix is de jongste DJ/producer ooit die op de slotceremonie van de Olympische Winterspelen optrad. Naast het publiek dat hem in het stadion live aan het werk kon zien, werd de show uitgezonden voor miljoenen mensen over de hele wereld. "Playing the Olympic Closing Ceremony was extra special to me. I once got inspired to get started with electronic music because I saw Tiesto play the 2004 Olympics in Athens. That I got the opportunity to recreate that moment myself is such a huge honor.
