Nieuw Powerwolf album 'Wake Up The Wicked' vandaag uit via Napalm Records

De Duitse metalband Powerwolf brengt vandaag zijn langverwachte nieuwe (9de) studioalbum 'Wake Up The Wicked' uit via Napalm Records. Tevens dropt de band zijn nieuwe (3e) single 'We Don’t Wanna Be No Saints', die vergezeld gaat van een ietwat pikante video. De vorige twee singles waren '1589' en 'Sinners of The Seven Seas' - zie de video's hieronder.

'Wake Up The Wicked' is de langverwachte opvolger van het succesvolle vorige (achtste) studioalbum 'Call Of The Wild' uit 2021. Opnieuw geproduceerd door de Nederlandse producer-songwriter-muzikant Joost van den Broek in diens Sandlane Recording Facilities, markeert het album een nieuwe maatstaf en een onbetwist hoogtepunt in de carrière van de band. 'Wake Up The Wicked' is hard, verrassend en vol afwisseling: bombastisch, episch, symfonisch, orkestraal en theatraal. Het album zal in diverse formats verschijnen op vinyl (in diverse kleuren en als boxsets), CD (o.a. media- en earbook), muziekcassette, digitaal en als bundles.
