Vant stelt voor Dumb Blood

VANT is meer dan zomaar een band, het is een oorlogskreet, een statement, een opstand. De Britten maken hedendaagse punk-rock die zich spiegelt aan de politieke muziek van Neil Young, The Clash en Rage Against The Machine.

Zanger Mattie Vant: “Every time we play a show it’s a form of activism, a form of protest. I wanted to do something that means something, that could have a positive impact. For me, rock music has always gone hand in hand with making a stand, being at the forefront of a movement and trying to change the world.”

Twee van hun singles werden door BBC Radio 1 al uitgeroepen tot 'Hottest Record in the World' bij Annie Mac. VANT was vorig jaar nog live te zien op Pukkelpop.
