Claudio Mystero release "Un amore mai perso"

Claudio Mystero is an Italian born artist. On March 17th 2017 he will release a second album entitled “Un Amore Mai Perso” ("A Love Never Lost"), a collection of songs with pop rock sounds tinged with melancholy and romanticism, a genuine music that leaves no one indifferent...

Claudio Mystero is not a neophyte musician : he discovers the guitar at the age of 6 and they become inseparable. In the 1980s he accompanies many groups on tour and in the studio. In 1993 his career takes off on the international music scene : at that time, he is under contract for the record company RICORDI, back then the biggest independent Italian label holding the rights of many classic works and featuring artists such as Eros Ramazzotti and Gianna Nannini. Claudio then embarks on Joe Cocker’s European tour, for 42 dates.

Claudio is also a musician with social commitments, who enjoys putting his experience and talent at the service of humanitarian causes, e.g. by participating in charity concerts like in Bolivia, Colombia and Santiago de Chile. In 2004, he produces an album for the benefits of the Red Cross.

He refuses, however, to be labelled as a committed artist, although it doesn’t take long to understand that in front of you is a passionate, honest and humble man.

A feeling that is confirmed while listening to his latest opus entitled. "Un Amore Mai Perso" (“A Love Never Lost”). The album’s 12 tracks take us into a pop rock universe that is romantic, genuine and enthralling. The songs are mesmerizing; they make us travel from one beach to another, beyond the barriers of language.

The CD reflects the musician's personality, complete and accomplished. It deals with themes dear to the author: love, friendship, destiny, freedom, inequality in the world... My songs are testimonies: I speak about my life, my relationships, events that question me. The first song of the album is dedicated to Udai Faisal, a five-month-old baby who died of malnutrition in Yemen.

First single is "Ascoltare La Musica" , a hymn to the soothing virtues of music, which has the power to awaken consciences. The CD is full of effective melodies, of the kind that can be hummed from the first listen. "Amore Mai Perso" is an anthology of songs capable of touching all generations.

With this album, the singer and songwriter has successfully achieved the fusion between his rock roots and popular music, without ever stepping down to variety. Electric guitars sometimes blend with the analogue sounds of electronic drums, sometimes with other string instruments. The marriage between classical sounds and modernity is utterly appealing.

The album, fruit of the meeting with Owen Replay, is a success.
