“It started with a conversation at home where a depressed roommate blamed Louis for his suicidal thoughts. On the same day, Louis found himself in his room watching the news of the assassination attempt on Donald Trump. The lyrics attempt to provoke the listener by claiming that assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks committed suicide.

The song itself is a dangerous, swampy, bluesy, repetitive jam that slowly moves towards the final eruption of violence. The production plays with the sounds of gunshots, both literal and more abstract within the sound of the instruments. It's an instant head-bobber that makes you want to give your friends the stink face for how deep the groove is.

Now that we have some more distance to the song, it feels like some sort of criticism on gun violence and violence in general. Or is it saying something about Trump? The point is, we don’t really know ourselves, but we are very curious to see what it means to the rest of the world.”
