Infernal Thorns documents their tour in 'Death Chants'

Chilean death/black metal outfit Infernal Thorns has unleashed the official tour video for ‘Death Chants’ the blistering opening track from their latest full-length album, Christus Venari. Edited entirely in vertical format, this hyperkinetic documentary-style visual captures the sheer adrenaline, the chaos of the road, and the band's relentless pace during their recent "Black Flesh for Mexican Rites" tour, perfectly encapsulating the raw intensity of their North American assault.

For the quartet, selecting this specific track was a deliberate move. "It holds a special meaning for us, as it is the song tasked with opening both the album and our live sets. It perfectly represents the musical vision and the sheer power we aim to deliver," the band explains. Driven by this crushing sonic density, sculpted under the precise production of Seba Puente at Audiocustom Estudio, the video serves as an unfiltered, no-holds-barred showcase of the band’s current live firepower and their visceral experiences on the road in Mexico.

Orchestrated alongside their label, Personal Records, the Mexican run proved to be much more than a promotional stint; it was a true measuring stick for their own caliber. "One of our main takeaways was reaffirming the high production standards we have in Chile. It proved to us that we are fully equipped to share the stage with internationally renowned acts," Arancibia reflects.

This unshakeable confidence is the culmination of four studio releases, a constant maturation process that laid the groundwork for their international expansion and firmly established them within their national scene, paving the way for monumental milestones like securing the opening slot for thrash legends Exodus in late 2025.
