Jule Vera releases music video for single Bad Company

Alternative pop outfit Jule Vera releases their music video for “Bad Company” today via Weekday Records. The Max Moore-directed video relives childhood fantasies of lighthearted babysitter payback, complete with an escape plan and toy blasters. Jule Vera battles their younger selves as front woman Ansley Newman croons over a head-bobbing bass melody.

“We wanted to do something fun for the ‘Bad Company’ music video instead of a serious take on a complicated relationship” shared Newman “so throughout the song we had the kids represent 'bad company' and show all the fun, sometimes mischievous, things kids do when they work together. We had so much fun filming this because it brought us back to when we were kids”.

Alternative Press describes Jule Vera’s sound as “a combination of dreamy vocals and rock instrumental elements”, which is effortlessly captured in “Bad Company” with Newman’s perfectly pop tone and the band’s brazen guitar melodies.
