Kadaver Release "Explosion In The Sky" From New Album “K.A.D.A.V.A.R.” Out November 7th

With “Explosions in the Sky,” Kadavar deliver an intense preview of their upcoming album K.A.D.A.V.A.R. (out November 7, 2025 via Clouds Hill) – a track caught between loss of control, catharsis, and existential force.

“‘Explosions in the Sky’ is a hysterical look at moments when I confronted my own mortality,” says singer and guitarist Lupus Lindemann. “Once, Simon and I almost drove off a cliff in Sardinia. I screamed and already pictured myself in free fall. It’s about realizing that safety is just an idea – and that it sometimes takes very little to be pushed out of that concept.”

The song bears the signature of a band constantly reinventing themselves while cultivating their raw, analog energy. It was created immediately after a concert by The Flaming Lips, whose colorful euphoria radiates into the track: “The afterglow in the studio the next day made it what it is,” Lindemann adds.

Currently, Kadavar are on a major European tour and are already performing the new single live. Early reviews from Barcelona, Paris, and Berlin indicate that the band is at a creative peak. “Kadavar sound like a thunderbolt of light – loud, dangerous, beautiful,” writes VISIONS.
