Nothing But Thieves and The Neighbourhood are also playing at Rock Werchter 2027!
New week, new names! As temperatures are dropping, we’re looking forward to summer, because Nothing But Thieves and The Neighbourhood are also coming to Rock Werchter 2027! Nothing But Thieves will bring the house down on the Main Stage with their signature blend of razor-sharp riffs, compelling melodies and emotional depth on Friday 2 July. On Thursday 1 July, The Neighbourhood will bring their distinctive blend of pop, rock and hip-hop to the Festivalpark. You won’t want to miss this!
Since their debut in 2012, Nothing But Thieves have become a fixture on the modern British rock scene. With hits such as “Amsterdam”, “Impossible” and “Welcome to the DCC”, the five-piece have won the hearts of rock fans worldwide. Their secret weapon? An explosive mix of alternative rock, indie and pop, carried by the phenomenal voice of frontman Conor Mason, who switches effortlessly between fragile melancholy and fiery outbursts. Nothing But Thieves don’t like to be pigeonholed musically. They prove this once again with their fifth album, ‘Stray Dogs’, on which they’ve opted for a rawer, more organic sound. The result is pure, intense and straight from the heart. Expect compelling songs, heavy guitars and a live experience that gets right under your skin!
Since their global breakthrough with the hit ‘Sweater Weather’ in 2012, the five-piece Californian band The Neighbourhood has carved out a solid place for themselves within the alternative music scene. They have developed their own sound, which they have continued to refine and reinvent with every new album. On their latest album ‘(((((ultraSOUND)))))’, the band takes a surprising new direction once again. Grey, the colour they used to resolutely reject, now symbolises nuance, change and personal growth. One thing is certain: The Neighbourhood continues to reinvent itself in its own unique way.
Previously announced acts include Massive Attack & Turnstile (Thursday 1 July), Muse (Friday 2 July), Sam Fender (Saturday 3 July) and Tame Impala, SOMBR & Angèle (Sunday 4 July). More acts for Rock Werchter 2027 to be announced soon.
