Like pacific premiere new song "Clarity" taken from the new self titled EP
Canadian pop-punks Like Pacific have revealed a new track called “Clarity” from their upcoming self-titled EP which is due out on January 20th via Pure Noise Records. “Clarity” is currently streaming at https://soundcloud.com/purenoiserecs/like-pacific-clarity/s-KiWTT
The singer Jordan Black about “Clarity”: “Clarity is about 6 months of social and emotional hell. I was seeing someone but he denied it was anything. There was a lot of bad blood by the end of it. We had a very heated argument and I said something maybe I shouldn't have and then I got punched square in the face to the point where my friends had to carry me out. I felt embarassed, used and worthless. So I wrote a song about how we only ever bonded over Jimmy Eat World's 'Clarity' and Sex as a massive fuck you to him”.
