Melanie De Biasio New video for 'Brother' | European Festival Dates
Taken from her third album, 2017’s Lilies, Melanie De Biasio today shares the live video for the single Brother.
Originally filmed as part of a live session for the French cultural magazine Telerama, the video was ‘refilmed’ by Biasio herself, the resultant footage a wonderful two-tone backdrop to an incredible and captivating artist.
The session featured Biasio accompanied by various players and for this track performing with guitarist Pascal Paulus exposing the nuances whilst highlighting a wonderful vocal dexterity to create yet another incredible musical outing in what’s a truly enviable catalogue.
As she explains; “for the release of this new single Brother, I’ve decided to put under the lights a true live session, shot in an ‘old fashioned’ way, instead of a traditional video. So, whilst projecting the video on a big screen, we added a little grain to the image, and an angle focusing more on the guitarist than the singer, as he represents this ‘Brother’ in the song.”
