Melanie De Biasio Shares new single Your Freedom Is The End Of Me

Today sees Melanie De Biasio unveil ‘Your Freedom Is The End Of Me’, a brand new track taken from her forthcoming nine-track album ‘Lilies’ on 6th October through Play It Again Sam.

Previous releases have received lavish praise from the likes of of Gilles Peterson and Radiohead’s Phillip Selway, and ‘Your Freedom Is The End Of Me’ again highlights De Biasio’s extraordinary and accomplished musical virtuosity whilst justifying the ‘one of the most exciting artists to emerge in years’ accolades.

‘Your Freedom Is The End Of Me’ encapsulates the musical minutiae that continually occupies the music, that sense of space and meditative minimalism countered by her reveling in expansive creativity. The diminutive multi-instrumentalist enters into earshot captivating vocals weaving a journey through a sparse musical backdrop inhabited by piano and drums - a frisson of expectation resonating throughout.
