New album + Releaseshow Transport Aerian

Belgian progressive rock quartet Transport Aerian is to release a live album titled Live in Ghent, which features live interpretations of the songs both from the most recent album Skywound and from all the previous studio albums. According to the band, this live album is meant to “showcase what the band has evolved into in the process of combat testing during the numerous live shows in the course of last two years”.

The release date is set for 16 March 2024 following the live presentation show in the legendary Hell (Diest), with the support of two special guests: modern industrial metal extravaganza of October Changes and progressive metal guests from France Esprit d’Escalier.

Just like in case of band’s preceding live album Love.Blood.Live from 2014 any sounds coming from the audience or in-between songs interactions were omitted from the record to help the listener focusing solely on the musical performance.

The release show will be followed by the series of concerts in Belgium, Netherlands and France under the title Exit Skywound – which will possibly be the last chance to experience current setlist live as the band intends to say goodbye to this programme and move on to something new after the live album tour is concluded.
