Brutalismus 3000 Releases New Music Video for "Kairo"

Apple and Berlin electronic duo Brutalismus 3000 today unveiled their latest Shot on iPhone campaign, an experimental music video for “Kairo.”

Shot entirely on iPhone 17 Pro Max, “Kairo” captures the raw, unfiltered energy of a Brutalismus 3000 rave from the audience's perspective. The project hands creative control to the fans: during the performance, lead vocalist Victoria Vassiliki Daldas tosses an iPhone 17 Pro Max into the crowd, allowing hundreds of fans to collectively capture the night as they experienced it.

Rather than relying on traditional production techniques, the music video embraces a fresh approach to live performance filmmaking. As iPhone moves from the front row into the heart of the mosh pit and back through the crowd, it documents authentic moments of movement, emotion, and connection that conventional camera setups simply couldn't access. Surrounded by strobes, smoke, sweat, and constant movement, “Kairo” showcases the powerful camera capabilities of iPhone 17 Pro Max in one of the most challenging environments: a Berlin nightclub. The result is an immersive experience that places viewers inside the show rather than observing it from the outside.

The project was directed by acclaimed filmmaking duo James Topley and Ivo Beckett (formerly DEADHORSES), whose distinctive visual style and unconventional camera work have helped shape music videos for some of today's most exciting artists. Their editorial approach transforms hundreds of spontaneous fan-shot moments into a visceral portrait of Berlin's underground electronic music culture.

The music video premiered on Brutalismus 3000's YouTube channel today and will be part of a promotional campaign across digital and social channels throughout Germany starting this evening at 6:00 PM CET.
