Psych, Space, Kraut & Drones from JULIUS LIND and His New Single!

Psych, space, kraut and drones from songwriter Julius Lind and his trio with members from Action & Tension & Space, The Megaphonic Thrift and Gold Celeste. Julius Lind releases his new album via German boutique label Kapitän Platte on October 25, 2024.

Arising from the Norwegian alternative scene they experiment with a vibrant mix of genres and refer to many golden eras on the history of pop and rock music!

Today the trio around Julius Lind shared the first single Empty Bottles!

Julius tells us about Empty Bottles: "The song is about having freedom but feel the pressure of expectations from society around us. Following your dreams is considered with admiration but comparing ourselves with others you can at times get a feeling of outsiderness, especially when you chooses not to follow the normal frameworks of life in our part of the world."

New album Lights was recorded in Studio Paradiso with Christian Engfelt (Cato Salsa Experience) as technician and co-producer in 2023.

Lights will released worldwide by the German label Kapitän Platte on October 25th 2024 and distributed internationally by Cargo Records.
