Rottenfly presents ‘Spiritual Travel’
Chilean band Rottenfly released their new single and video, ‘Spiritual Travel’, the second chapter in their series titled "Trilogy of Resistance". Now available on all digital platforms, this song explores the boundaries between life, death, and transcendence through a powerful fusion of sound and narrative.
In this work, MK, the protagonist of this saga, faces a fierce battle against the Anunnaki in the Gulf of Aden. Upon receiving a fatal blow, he experiences a transcendental awakening that takes him beyond physical reality. Inspired by the teachings of Jacobo Grinberg, his consciousness expands until he connects with the Lattice, a universal energy network that reveals his true purpose.
From the first chords, ‘Spiritual Travel’ conveys the intensity of combat and the passage to a new dimension. With immersive sound and powerful instrumentation, the song invites the listener to question the traditional limits of existence and cosmic connection.
The music video, directed by Trébol Videoclips, enhances this experience with visually striking images and a cinematic narrative. Through surreal effects, the production immerses the viewer in MK's journey from his fall to his transformation.
Since forming in 2021, Rottenfly has developed a unique style that combines progressive rock, industrial, metal, and electronica, creating a proposal that goes beyond the musical to become an immersive experience. Its narrative universe revolves around Thomas "MK" Wolfland, a child scarred by the MK Ultra program, whose story is intertwined with the unknown and the transcendental.
With each release, Rottenfly reaffirms its artistic vision, fusing science, mysticism, and sound in a story that challenges the perception of reality. “This single is important because it conveys a key part of the message the band seeks to deliver: connection with spirituality in human beings,” says Ed, responsible for the vocals and the entire concept
