The King's Son releases "I'm Not Rich"
Marcy, Ty, Jay Seb and Souljah Man come from different places and met each other through a magical combination of luck and open-minded spirits. Music is their connection and the Caribbean their joint home. The four of them call themselves The King's Son and write songs in their “creative lab" – a place where their collective spirit and message have manifested. They sing of the simple life based on respect and spiritual values, seductively tasting of ragga and pop.
The King's Son’s first single “I’m Not Rich” is in a way the amuse-gueule of their ideology, and already is the next big thing in France:With #9 in the airplay charts, #11 on iTunes and #12 on Shazam all signs for “I’m Not Rich” clearly spell out hit. In the French TV charts, the video has even reached #2, and visually carries The King's Son’s mission far beyond the borders of their island paradise – straight into our budding summer season.
