Venetian unveil lyric video for new single "Girls in magazines"

Extravagant alternative pop/dance duo Venetian have just premiered a brand new lyric video for the band's latest single - "Girls In Magazines"- a positive product that aims to present a meaningful message to its audience through a catchy and contagiously melodic track.

In a collective statement, Venetian provides additional explanation: "This is a song about how people are always led to believe that the girls portrayed in the media are what the norm should be, how their beauty is what every girl should aim to be like. We took this song and have put it out there because we don't agree with this message. "Girls In Magazines" is about the other girl, the girl who isn't plastered around as a model, the girl who is taught to believe she's not pretty, that she's not "good enough". This is for those girls who are unrecognised in a media-beauty driven world"
